Holland Park State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our developing leadership team at our busy 210-place OSHC service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, inspire and shape best practice alongside experienced Coordinators, passionate Educators and a supportive school community. As one of two Coordinators , you’ll have the opportunity to lead either our Junior or Senior cohort, working closely with our experienced Lead Coordinator and a team of three Assistant Coordinators. Together you’ll foster a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership focused on mentoring and empowering a diverse team of Educators and delivering consistent, high-quality care and education to children and families. We’re looking for a motivated individual who: • Holds relevant and/or OSHC qualifications • Brings strong leadership experience from OSHC, Early Childhood, or Primary Education settings • Thrives in a busy team-oriented and is passionate about collaborative leadership • Is committed to driving best practice and positive community across all areas of the service This is more than just a Coordinator role – it is an opportunity to thrive in a growing leadership culture, make meaningful change, and truly support children, families, and educators in a thriving school community. You’ll work a total of 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday with 8 hours admin: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play) What’s In It For You? About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success! As an OSHC Coordinator , you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program , filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts —all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster , manage day-to-day operations , ensure compliance , and handle admin tasks —all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth .
